How to set the System Time on NEC Topaz PABX

1. Press a SPK key.
2. Dial 828.
3. Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour clock, 13 = 1:00 PM).
4. Dial two digits for the minutes (00-60).
5. Press SPK to hang up.

How to appoint or modify Administrative Contact Record in .MY Domain Registry (MYNIC)



1. Logon to .MY Domain Registry.

2. Enter your Administrator Username & Password.

3. Enter your Administrator Contact Code.

4. Go to Domain Name >> Modify Domain.

5. Enter the domain name to modify, and click Search.

6. Tick the domain name that you needed to appoint new invoicing party, and click Modify.

7. Tick the Appoint / Modify Administrative Contact Record and then select Appoint A New Administrative Contact.


8. Enter the Existing Contact Code or select New Contact to create a new contact.

9. Enter your preferred username, First Name, Last Name, Phone No. and E-mail Address. (NOTE: The confirmation will be sent to the specified E-mail Address. Please use a valid email.)

10. Click Modify at the end of the page.

11. Your domain name has appointed to new invoicing party successfully. [Done]

How to configure Group Mail under MailEnable Administrator


  1. Open MailEnable Administrator.
  2. Under MailEnable Management, Go to Messaging Manager > Post Offices.
  3. Expand the domain name for the particular email that needs to be configured and select Groups.
  4. To create a new group, right-click on Groups and select New > Group….
  5. Enter a name for the group and click Add Email… to add an email address for the group.
  6. Click Apply and OK to confirm.
  7. To add members to a group, right-click the group and select New > Group Member….
  8. Click Advance… or Simple… to toggle the Mailboxes list.
  9. In Simple mode, type an email address to add as new group member.
  10. In Advance mode, select the mailboxes from the left and click >> to add.
  11. Click OK to confirm.
  12. Exit MailEnable Administrator and choose Yes to save the console settings. [Done]

How to login to FortiGate SSL VPN Portal




  1. Open an internet browser, type https://<your wan ip>:10443 into url and Enter.
  2. Then, login with your credential.
  1. After login successfully, you may use the Connection Tool to establish connection with your remote host. (You should use internal ip of your remote host)
  2. Alternatively, may connect to your remote network as Tunnel Mode. (installation of additional browser add-on are required)

    **Connect to your remote host using windows native Remote Desktop Connection requiring Tunnel Mode to be established first.

How to add Biz Standard/Pro Email in Microsoft Outlook 2007



  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2007.
  2. Go to Tools >> Account Settings… from the menu.

  1. On E-mail tab, click New… to add an email account.

  1. Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next.

  1. Select Internet E-mail and click Next.

6.     Under Internet E-mail Settings, enter your email account information.
    • Your Name: Enter your name.
    • Email Address: Enter your email address (including @domain).
    • Account Type: Choose IMAP.
    • Incoming mail serverEnter mail.yourdomain.com.my (your domain name).
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP)Enter mail.yourdomain.com.my (your domain name).
    • User Name: Enter your email address (including @domain).
    • Password: Enter your account password. (including @domain).
  1. Tick Remember Password for Microsoft Outlook to remember your password.
  2. Before proceed, click More Settings….

  1. Under Outgoing Server tab, tick My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

  1. Under Advanced tab, choose SSL as encrypted connection type and port 993 for Incoming server (IMAP).
  2. Then, choose TLS as encrypted connection type and port 587 for Outgoing server (SMTP).

  1. Click OK to confirm and then click Test Account Settings … to test your configuration.

  1. After the Test Account Settings completed, click Close and then click Next to proceed.

  1. Click Finish and close the Account Settings.

  1. Your email account has added to Microsoft Outlook successfully. [Done]
